Terms and Conditions

1. All prices on the website are subject to change at any time, any changes or errors will be notified to a purchaser by email, before despatch of goods. In the event of this occurring you will be given the option to cancel your order and receive a refund.

2. A sale is not final until confirmed by email

3. Delivery details will be emailed after payment has been made, if items are in stock delivery will normally be within 1-2 days Northern Ireland, 3-5 days Republic of Ireland , Mainland Uk varies by location, please contact us for price and expected delivery times.

4. Fitting of carpet and flooring can be arranged by us. All fitting and guarantees of work carried out are given and carried out by self employed contractors, prices are only a guide, if extra work or materials are needed on day of installation an extra charge will be incurred.

5. All guarantees are as stated by manufacturer of product purchased.

6. Any shortages or damages on delivery items must be noted on delivery note and we must be contacted within 24 hours of delivery of such. Replacement will be arranged as soon as possible, it is important to inspect goods on delivery, Signed delivery note as " not inspected " or similar will not be accepted in the event of a damaged or missing item.

7. Colours, specification and appearance of items may change due to manufacturing processes and supply chain constraints, if there are any major changes we will notify you before despatch, otherwise goods as described are taken as is. Any queries should be made before purchase.

8. Customers from the republic of Ireland should contact us to check stock before your collection.

9. Time of day for delivery or installation cannot be guaranteed, if you prefer to be contacted  shortly before delivery you must let us know at time of purchase.

10. If there are any factors which might make delivery difficult ie.. parking restrictions , restricted access or other factors please let us know in advance, an extra charge may be payable for re-arranging delivery.
